The best version of me

Days pass by so quickly lately. Being busy makes time go really fast. The Christmas holidays seem like a really long time ago already and I spend most of my days these weeks studying for my law exams next week. Luckily I don’t sit inside all day and also make time to go outside, discover the city, meet up with some great people and to enjoy nice food.

I also thought about some things. I’ve decided that in 2015 I want to be the best version of myself, more happy, relaxed and healthy. Last year was pretty stressful and can’t say it was my best year so I want to make 2015 a great one!


To achieve all this I have to make sure to take enough time to relax, and do the things I love even though I am busy. Here are a few goals that I’ve written for myself to help me achieve being this best version:

-Do sports, even in busy times. Like Pilates at home. You’ll be so much happier if you do these things. It is good for health, stress relief and appearance.

-Try to eat more vegan meals. Not just during the day, like now, but also at dinner time. It is healthy and it makes you happy. I will go fully vegan soon!

-Read more books. At least 10 this year. All kinds, from fiction to science.

-Drink at least two liters of water a day. You’re skin will get prettier and you will feel clean.

-Finish the painting that has been stored away, unfinished, for such a long time now already. This is perfect for relaxing and being creative makes you happy and proud of your work.

-Enjoy the sun on the balcony when you can. Make sure the birdy is in the cage when you go there!
